Privacy policy

Last updated: 19 September 2026.

This policy describes how data is handled on the BlockSignage Funeral Homes commercial site and on memorials reached through a private link. It does not replace the contract with each funeral home and does not claim unverified certifications.

Controller

The controller of the commercial site is BlockSignage. To exercise rights or ask questions you can write to contacto@blocksignage.com. Full company identification details will be provided in BlockSignage’s current contractual and legal documentation.

Purposes

We process commercial form data to handle contact or demo requests. On memorials we process photographs, memories and, if provided, an optional name, only to include them in the service configured by the funeral home and the family.

Legal basis and consent

Form submissions are based on consent. Consent is not stored as a simple yes or no: we record the date, the accepted text version and the IP address. You may withdraw consent by writing to contacto@blocksignage.com.

Processors and communication

Memorials are configured from the main BlockSignage platform. This site reads that configuration through an API. Data is not sent to a CRM or other external services until credentials and a processing agreement are configured.

Retention and rights

Contributions are kept for the period configured for each service and then deleted. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection, and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Private memorials

/homenaje pages are not indexed by search engines, do not load commercial analytics or advertising pixels, and do not expose internal database identifiers.
